Beautiful Puss in Boots

Exceptionally fine and rare Steiff Puss in Boots dating c1912-1919. Puss retains his FF button in ear, he if fully jointed with glass eyes, cream mohair and original feathered hat/sash/ruffle. He has leather boots with red felt cuffs and is an amazing example in very good condition to say he is around 100 years old! Puss measures just over 13" tall including his hat This Puss in Boots was purchased from the Steiff auction at Christies, London in 2010 (see photos) and has been in a private collection since that time.
