Beautiful Gold Jopi 1930s

This beautiful German teddy bear was made by Josef Pitrmann (Jopi) in the 1930s. Ted has a lovely expression with original glass eyes, black stitched nose, mouth and claws. There is some overall wear to the mohair commensurate with age but he still retains a good covering. The pads are neatly recovered and he is dressed in his shirt just as he came to us. Ted is five way jointed and filled with wood wool, measuring just over 16" tall Additional pics SOLD
