This quirky chap was very likely made by Steevans Manufacturing Company and dates c1918. We first sold him 10 years ago and he has now come back for rehoming. The ears were replaced many moons ago and he wears his fabulous little hat. There is overall wear to the mohair and some holes to the felt pads but he remains in strong condition and measures just under 6" tall
